East Kilbride. Parents were first told of the news on Saturday when the NHS confirmed three members of staff were self-isolating.Three days later they were contacted again confirming that two further cases had been identified – one concerned parent told us: “It’s very scary.”The contact came from NHS Lanarkshire’s consultant in public health medicine, Dr Femi Oshin. She told parents: “We wrote to parents on 12 September advising that a member of staff at Greenhills Primary School had tested positive for COVID-19 and again on 14 September following two further members of staff testing positive.“Our test and protect team is now carrying out contact tracing after two further members of staff tested positive.
