Nicola Sturgeon's Government has backed a special fund for care home workers who take a financial hit during the pandemic. The First Minister said the Government would back an amendment lodged by Labour.
It will protect workers who are scared to be tested for coronavirus in case a positive diagnosis puts them on £94 a week statutory sick pay.
