OTTAWA -- On the day Ontario broke two COVID-19 records, 68 more Ottawa residents have tested positive for COVID-19. Health officials confirmed a one-day record 3,519 cases of COVID-19 across Ontario on Thursday, up from 3,266 infections reported on Wednesday.
