The US president tested positive for the disease after attending an indoor rally - along with several other White House staff.He is currently being treated at a military hospital near Washington - however his decision to surprise his supporters outside the medical facility with a drive-by appearance has sparked controversy.GMB host Morgan has slammed the President, saying his decision to get into a car with his security entourage as "reckless" during Monday's show.
