The Premier League have officially announced Monzo Bank Chairman Gary Hoffman as the league's new Chair, after the shareholders unanimously voted in favour of the appointment.
Hoffman will take up the role on June 1, taking over from Interim Chair Claudia Arney, and the 59-year-old will work alongside Chief Executive Richard Masters.
He has previously held executive positions at Northern Rock, NBNK Investments, Barclays and Visa, as well as roles within football as Chairman of the Football Foundation and Vice-Chairman of Coventry City.
