A tiny puppy was brutally attacked after being snatched from "his owner's arms" and mauled by two dogs. Little Bruno barely escaped with his life leaving his owners distraught over the terrifying ordeal that took place in Edinburgh, at Corstorphine Hill at around 10am on Friday, May 22.
The pup was "rag-dolled" in the frightening attack by the 'out-of control, mastiff-type dogs' who left the 18-week old pup - a cross between a schnauzer and a poodle - in a vet ICU having undergone a number of surgeries.
A pal of the family has since launched a charity drive in a bid to raise cash for his treatment while hitting out at the two dogs' owner, reports Daily Record.
