Rhino 'enforces coronavirus lockdown' by charging at man on deserted streets

A rhino has been filmed chasing after villagers in a quarantined region with viewers online joking it is "enforcing the coronavirus lockdown".

In a video shared by Indian Forest Services officer Parveen Kaswan, the wild beast is seen venturing out from the forest to a nearby town in Nepal.

It strolls past a narrow street where curious villagers stay under their roofs for safety. As it spots a petrified man standing at the end of the street, the rhinoceros suddenly charges at him and forces the man to flee the spot and run towards a narrow alley.

The endangered animal then returns to Chitwan National Park after completing its "lockdown inspection". Parveen wrote on Twitter: "So this rhino thought to take things in his own hand.
