Back in December 2019 Manchester United legend Roy Keane made a secret visit to the Red Devils' Carrington training base. The seven-time Premier League winner was drafted in by his former team-mate and current United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to pass on his experience of being club captain during United's heyday under Sir Alex Ferguson.

At the time Solskjaer's Red Devils were struggling to even compete for a Champions League spot, and it was hoped that Keane's insight could teach the players a little bit more about what it means to play for United and inspire them to greatness.
