Rainstorms and a cancelled surprise trip couldn’t stop one Rutherglen girl from celebrating her tenth birthday in style.Zoe O’Donnell reached double digits on May 23, and celebrated her birthday in lockdown, having afternoon tea with her family and a Zoom party with her friends.Despite the change of plan, Zoe’s 10th birthday was extra special as it was one that her family, “didn’t know if she would make”.
