Santi Cazorla insists he would welcome the chance to return to Arsenal in future as part of Mikel Arteta’s coaching staff. The Spaniard left the Emirates for Villarreal two seasons ago after spending six years in north London, playing 180 matches and twice winning the FA Cup.
Now 35, the midfielder played alongside Arteta in the Gunners team for four seasons and the pair struck up a good relationship.
Cazorla has backed his former teammate for success at the club after he replaced Unai Emery last December. And he himself claims he would like to return to the Arsenal set-up one day to help out his old pal. “I don't know what my legacy is [at Arsenal],” he told Vamos. “You would have to ask the fans, but I want to thank everyone. “I don't
