Saskatchewan reports 2 new coronavirus cases, active cases rise to 21

coronavirus cases were reported in Saskatchewan on Wednesday, raising the overall count to 658.One new case was reported in Saskatoon, the other in the south region.There are now 21 active cases in the province — seven each in Saskatoon and the far north, four in Regina, two in the south and one in the north region.

One person is in intensive care in Saskatoon.The number of recoveries remained at 624 after no new recoveries were reported.Thirteen people have died in Saskatchewan due to COVID-19.Here is a breakdown of total Saskatchewan cases by age:Males make up 48 per cent of the cases, females 52 per cent.
