Scores of sunseekers were spotted breaching the coronavirus lockdown rules in Glasgow - by sunbathing in a city park. With the mercury reaching 18C in the city, groups of people were pictured flouting government restrictions by sunbathing in the city's Botanic Gardens.

The images sparked debate online, with Twitter users criticising and defending them for their actions, as reported by Glasgow Live.
