Scots brewer Innis & Gunn has announced the launch of two new limited-edition beers - including a special lager which will raise money for a care workers charity.

The beer firm, which recently announced plans to open a new large-scale brewery and HQ in Edinburgh, explained that the first release is a special one-off 100-day matured version of its award-winning lager which is being sold to raise money for The Care Workers’ Charity.

The profits from sales of the ‘Scrubs Lager Beer’, which goes on sale on Thursday 5 June, will go the organisation which provides crisis grants to current and former carers in need to help them pay for everything from food to funeral costs.This one-off batch of Innis & Gunn’s award-winning lager began maturing
