Scots dream of the ‘simple life’ if they win lottery in lockdown

Scotland’s post-lockdown bucket list. Scots are paring down their goals and opting for a simple wish list following the pandemic as many yearn for the little joys in life, according to a survey carried out by The National Lottery ahead of a £15million ‘Must Be Won’ Lotto jackpot draw this Saturday.

More than half of respondents have changed their bucket list since the Covid-19 outbreak and now dream of helping the elderly or volunteering for a charity instead of heading straight for the luxury supercar showroom, travel agent or designer clothes store.

Scotland’s wish list is now much closer to home as 43 per cent want to keep their nearest and dearest safe and 37 per cent want to reduce stress and worry while living a healthier lifestyle..
