Olympics legend Sir Chris Hoy performed a unique role in front of a packed crowd ahead of a Six Nations clash. The six-time Olympic cycling champion was at Murrayfield today (February 9), where Scotland are taking on Ireland.
Sir Chris revealed he had terminal prostate cancer back in October 2024. The year before, he was told he had two-to-four years to live.
A tumour was found in Sir Chris' shoulder, before a second scan found primary cancer in his prostate which had metastasised to his bones, Wales Online reports.
His family were then rocked by a second health shock, as days after revealing his own diagnosis, news emerged that his wife Sarra had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of multiple sclerosis (MS).
