David Prowse sadly passed away over the weekend and his daughter is opening up about the cause of his death.

In an interview with The Sun, via Deadline, his daughter Rachel, revealed that the Star Wars actor had been hospitalized for the last two weeks with coronavirus. “It’s horrible that Covid restrictions meant we did not get to see him and say goodbye,” she shared with the paper. “But when we went to collect his stuff from the hospital the nurse said what a cool guy he was.
