FOX 29's Marcus Espinoza has the story. DOVER, Del. - Delaware's governor on Tuesday ordered the postponement of the state's presidential primary as the number of new coronavirus cases in the state rose to more than 100.
Gov. John Carney on Tuesday ordered that the scheduled April 28 primary be pushed back to June 2.
