That’s according to Jennifer Connolly, the borough’s director of public health, using her weekly statement to urge residents to ‘act carefully and be cautious’.
Stockport’s infection rate is currently 485.6 cases per 100,000 residents, as of July 16 — a week-on-week increase of 27 percent.
