A terminally-ill mum has made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to her two daughters and move into a hospice for her final days.
Jennifer Bell, 29, who has motor neurone disease, is determined for her children to remember the good times with her - and not her "final chapter".
She was given just months to live after she was diagnosed last year, the Daily Record reports. The single mum of two girls, Georgia, aged nine, and one-year-old Kacey, stunned medics by celebrating numerous milestones, including graduating from university, seeing her baby’s first birthday, bringing in Christmas and more recently having a party for Georgia’s ninth birthday.
