The Batman shuts down production for foreseeable future due to coronavirus pandemic

The Batman has halted production for the forseeable future amid the coronavirus pandemic. Warner Bros. had previously confirmed that production on the movie, starring Robert Pattinson as Batman, was taking a two-week hiatus.

However, director Matt Reeves has now confirmed the break in filming could last longer than initially planned and until as such time as it is deemed safe for cast and crew to return to set.
