Coronavirus infection rates went down in all ten areas of Greater Manchester today as there was further evidence the recent spike in cases in the region may have passed its peak.The rate in Oldham fell from 78.9 to 71.7 on the same day as the government announced extra restrictions on households in the borough.And the infection rate in Manchester, which had been at 49 for the last two days - dropped down to 44.9 in the official data published this afternoon.Across Greater Manchester there were 120 new cases announced today.
