Several countries plan to start rolling out COVID-19 vaccines in the next few months, and according to new reports, the queen will allegedly receive the vaccine in due course.According to The Sunday Times, the queen and her husband "will receive the jab in line with the [U.K.] government’s roll-out, which begins on Tuesday." The publication continued, "The first doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine will be given to elderly care home residents and their carers, followed by anyone else over 80 and frontline health" workers.
Royal aides told The Sunday Times that whether or not Queen Elizabeth II gets the vaccine is a "personal decision," and a "private matter." However, a source also appeared to reveal to the newspaper that the monarch would.
