COVID-19 rules.A new video making its rounds on social media was taken by a customer who was upset that employees at Kelowna’s Frankie We Salute You restaurant required her to provide a first name and phone number for contact tracing.Restaurant owner Christina Skinner said that the customer refused to wear a mask and was ranting about COVID-19 conspiracies when she came into the restaurant.The woman also said she had just been asked to leave another restaurant, Skinner said.The customer started arguing with staff about contact tracing protocols, which is when the restaurant owner said she stepped in.
