Joe Wicks returned to This Morning on Thursday, with some new meals to treat viewers too. He shook it up a little this time around though, preparing foods for kids to help parents with the weaning process.

Joe has created a book for parents to help them move babies and toddlers onto a more adult diet. The book is also there for those parents wanting to encourage their older kids to eat healthier.

Promoting the new book on the show, Joe decided to show hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield how to make two tasty treats.

He had a testing buddy on standby, in the form of his adorable 20-month-old daughter Indie. Indie came in to try out his delicious berry pancakes, and viewers couldn't handle how sweet she was.
