Instead of a full refund, travel firms have been offering their customers vouchers which they could use in the future. However, these travel vouchers are at risk of ending up completely “worthless” for a number of reasons, according to a TravelSupermarket expert.
Emma Coulhurst said that travel customers should not “forfeit” their rights to a full refund by accepting a voucher. She revealed what she believes is the best way for customers dealing with cancelled flights and holidays.
