Twelve test positive for Covid-19 in Karnataka, state's tally at 175

Bengaluru has so far recorded 62 cases (including 16 people who have recovered) while neighbouring Mysuru has recorded 35 cases Bengaluru: The Karnataka government on Tuesday said that 12 more people have tested positive for Covid-19, taking the state's tally to 175.

The spike in numbers comes amid reports that the 21-day lockdown period, scheduled to end on 14 April, is likely to be extended as fears of the spread of novel coronavirus still looms large over Karnataka and the rest of India.
