Tyson Fury has added his weighty support to the NHS as the health service battles the coronavirus crisis. The heavyweight world champion has donated tens of thousands of bottles of hydration drinks to workers on the frontline.

Fury said: "It's such a difficult time for everyone across the world at the moment. In this country the NHS workers, as always, are being amazing and truly inspirational in the work they are doing," he said. "I have been told that NHS workers are getting lots of food donations but not enough drinks so I contacted my sponsors WOW HYDRATE and we have agreed to donate tens of thousands of electrolyte water drinks.
