An Uddingston schoolboy braved the shave to raise money for NHS staff.Kind-hearted Zac Somerville decided he wanted to raise cash to support the frontline workers risking their lives during the coronavirus pandemic.And the St John the Baptist Primary School pupil asked his parents David and Louise if he could do so by shaving his hair off.The eight-year-old set a target of £150 but was over the moon when family and friends donated almost £1000 in just a few days.Zac said on his JustGiving page: “I have decided if I can raise £150 for our front line NHS staff I will shave off all of my hair.
