UK's hardest con Charles Bronson pens haunting Covid-19 poem and dedicates it to nurses

One of the UK’s most notorious jailbirds has penned a poem pleading with people to stay safe during the coronavirus pandemic and dedicated it to NHS nurses on the front line.

Charles Bronson, 67, otherwise known as ‘Charles Salvador’ and once dubbed the ‘UK’s most violent prisoner’ wrote the devotional poem last week from his cell at HMP Woodhill in Bucks.

Bronson, who has been in prison since 1974 and has penned a number of books including Solitary Fitness in 2002, shared the work titled ‘Coronavirus’ with Daily Star Online.
