A teaching union has called for all schools to remain closed following a government U-turn on its decision to keep some primaries in London open.
The government initially omitted some of the capital's boroughs from the forced closures before bowed protests, legal pressure and scientific advice on New Year's Day led to a U-turn.
Now, joint general secretary of the National Education Union Dr Mary Bousted said the change of action was needed - adding it was "perplexing" the situation had got to this stage.
