A video shows how a vape shop owner who decided to keep his business open during the coronavirus lockdown was pinned to the floor and arrested by four police officers.

In the clip, a man lies on the ground while several officers restrain him and put his wrists behind his back. "I haven't resisted.

Only stores selling “essential goods” such as supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices and hardware stores have been told they can remain open during the national fightback against Covid-19.
