PHILADELPHIA - The Delaware Valley can expect more chilly temperatures Tuesday as winds keep us feeling even colder.FOX 29's Sue Serio is calling for partly cloudy skies with a high of just 50 degrees.With temperatures starting in the low 40s, conditions won't exactly be warming up with wind chills likely staying in the 40s.As we inch closer to winter, it's only going to be getting colder with a hard freeze possible on Thursday morning.
