While the outside world seems like a bit of a nightmare some of you may have found that even your dreams have become a bit unusual.
And there could be a perfectly reasonable explanation. An expert has said that the current coronavirus lockdown in the UK could be causing people to have longer, more memorable and more intense or emotional dreams.
Professor Mark Blagrove, a leading expert in sleep and dreaming at Swansea University’s department of psychology said the the likes of cabin fever, lack of stimulation from staying home all day as well as increased financial pressures can all be having a significant impact on people's dreams.
