Woman handed £1,100 voucher for cancelled holiday because of 'no refunds' policy

Thousands of holidays have been thrown into chaos because of COVID-19 - and for many passengers, it's costing them thousands of pounds.

Leanne, a 24-year-old from Scotland, says she's been left £1,100 out of pocket by STA Travel who have refused to give her a refund.

The company claims it's "not an option" for passengers, despite the law stating that anyone affected by coronavirus should be refunded, in full, within 14 days.
