A young mum diagnosed with motor neurone disease has said goodbye to her two children and moved into a hospice to live out her "final chapter.”" Devoted Jennifer Bell, 29 was given months to live by doctors who diagnosed her with motor neurone disease after giving birth last year.
The single mum vowed to fight the condition from the beginning, clinging on to her life with her two little girls, George, 9, and Kacey, 1.
She defied doctors by graduating from university, being here to celebrate Kacey’s first birthday and reaching other incredible milestones along the way as well.
Her decision to move onto the "final chapter" of her life didn’t come easy, but Jennifer said she is keen to shield her children from "as much heartache as possible".
