33 new COVID-19 cases in Ottawa, total stands at 403

Ottawa Public Health has announced another large jump in the number of COVID-19 cases in the city. There have now been 403 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in the city, with 33 new cases identified between Monday and Tuesday.

Six people have died as a result of the virus in the city. There are 36 people with COVID-19 currently in hospital, and 21 of those are in an intensive care unit.
