Amy Childs has opened up about her emotional turmoil as her daughter Polly underwent a tonsillectomy.The 34-year-old reality star and mum-of-four took to Instagram to share her anxiety, posting heartfelt snaps of seven-year-old Polly before the operation.

In one image, Polly is seen beaming in her hospital bed, dressed in cute mint green pyjamas, with Amy captioning it: "My brave girl this morning.

All ready to have her tonsils out! One very stressed mummy." In a follow-up photo, Polly appears calm and collected in a hospital gown, while Amy confessed: "Polly has just gone down, she was so brave.

I on the other hand was a complete mess. Will update you all soon.Thank you for all your lovely messages." Earlier, the ' The Only Way Is Essex ' alum had reached out to her followers for support, sharing a throwback picture of Polly from their Tenerife holiday.
