A "ridiculous" sign asking cyclists to stop "panting" has been erected in a village in a bid to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
With the UK following strict guidelines around social distancing and self-isolation, many people have taken out their bikes to exercise as they're cooped up at home.
In the small village of Coveney, to the west of Ely, bicycle riding has become even more common. One resident, however, has not taken kindly to the emergence of cyclists, erecting a sign asking them to "stop panting viruses through our village".
They also ask the cyclists to "stay away" and "keep in your own area". The sign has attracted consternation from a number of people on the village's Facebook page, with one branding it "the most
