The incident happened on Thursday morning when youngsters from King's Leadership Academy in Bolton had gone to the Essa Academy site to have their PCR tests.
The tests are being done on students in the area because of concerns over the rapid spread of the B.1.617.2 strain of coronavirus, often called the Indian variant.
The school is in Great Lever, one of the problem areas highlighted along with Deane and Rumworth. A small group of protesters shouted at the pupils, urging them not to get vaccinated.
