PHILADELPHIA - An arrest has been made in the killing of a 16-year-old boy who police say was gunned down on a Philadelphia street nearly a month ago.
Aysir Clark was taken into custody Tuesday after he surrendered to authorities on the 400 block of North Broad Street in North Philadelphia, police reported.
Clark is believed to be linked to the Apr. 13 killing of 16-year-old Nafis Bertrand-Hill, who police say was shot to death on the 2300 block of Montgomery Avenue.
Police say they are still searching for 18-year-old Ranief Allen in connection to the homicide. Anyone with information about Allen's whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately. .
