Arsenal are looking to keep hold of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this summer - but they are seemingly making contingency plans.
Two separate reports have linked the Gunners with moves for strikers which hinge on whether Aubameyang leaves the club. But they would have to reinvest €50million (£45m) to replace the Gabonese striker for Moussa Dembele or Arkadiusz Milik.
According to L’Equipe, they have regularly scouted Lyon striker Dembele and maintained a strong relationship with his entourage.
If they do sell Aubameyang, then they could rival Manchester United for his signature if he remains on the market. Lyon are said to have reduced their asking price to £45million but Arsenal are still undecided and a deal depends on Aubameyang.
