A Greater Manchester Conservative MP has hit out at the latest coronavirus rules, saying they 'will make no difference'. Bolton West representative Chris Green was one of 99 Tory MPs who rebelled against the government's plan for Covid passes in a key vote last night.

In a video released via his Twitter page today, the former parliamentary private secretary said that he thinks ministers are set to turn to 'Plan C' to deal with the spread of the Omicron variant of Covid-19.
