A Conservative MP from Greater Manchester says he will vote against the government's proposed vaccine passport plan. Chris Green, who represents Bolton West, said he was concerned the activation of plan B restrictions would be used 'as a stepping stone' to further measures in the New Year.
From next Wednesday, people living in England will need passports showing double vaccination or a negative test to enter nightclubs and big sporting events.
