Britons have been warned against all non-essential foreign travel during the coronavirus pandemic. The Foreign Office has changed its travel ban which previously ran until April 16.
Now restrictions have now been extended "indefinitely" as the global outbreak continues. The FCO said that travellers could face "severe disruption" and may be unable to return home if they leave the UK at this time.In a post shared on social media on Saturday, the FCO wrote: "Travel update: The Foreign Office indefinitely advises against all non-essential global travel."We now advise against all non-essential global travel – indefinitely.
