Sir Kenny Dalglish has been released from the hospital where he was being treated after testing positive for coronavirus. The Celtic and Scotland legend was discharged just five days after his hospital admission, reports the Sunday Post.
Dalglish’s family revealed that the 69-year-old was taken to hospital on Wednesday, April 8 for treatment of an infection which required intravenous antibiotics.
The Scots football icon ‘unexpectedly’ tested positive for Covid-19 despite previously displaying no symptoms. After being released from hospital he praised the staff.He told the Sunday Post: "They were absolutely brilliant.
