COVID-19 outbreak at a downtown gym now accounts for 21 COVID-19 cases, as of Friday.The city says the virus has spread to 20 people with ties to the gym’s customers and a case in one staff member.The outbreak began on Monday with just three cases — two patrons and one staff member — reporting positive test results.The studio initially cancelled classes for the rest of the week.
Public health says the studio is now temporarily closed for an investigation.The agency has identified around 100 members connected with the business that have potentially been exposed to the virus.
