The City of Guelph, Ont., says it has cancelled all programs, performances and events at city-run facilities until September due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
Recreation centres, libraries, museums and theatres remain closed in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, the disease caused by the virus. “If provincial emergency orders change or we get updated advice from local health officials, we may be able to offer some in-person programs and events before September,” deputy CAO Colleen Clack said in a statement.
