A "selfless" mum-of-two was killed by the coronavirus despite having no underlying health conditions – with her sister issuing a tragic warning.
Caroline Saunby died in hospital on Sunday, March 29, after coming down with Covid-19 just days earlier. The 48-year-old initially suspected she had tonsillitis, but her symptoms worsened over the weekend and she began struggling to breathe.
Caroline collapsed at her home in New Marske, north Yorkshire, and was rushed to Middlesbrough's James Cook University Hospital, where she was tragically pronounced dead.
