Scientists say a red skin rash could be a new telltale sign of coronavirus - even if the patient doesn't have other typical symptoms.
So far the indicators are known to be a persistent cough, a high temperature and breathlessness. But researchers now say a number of people who tested positive for coronavirus had a rash that looked similar to frost bite, hives and sore red skin, the Daily Record reports.
Other well-known symptoms reported are fatigue, eye pain, a loss of taste and smell and a "fizzing" sensation on the skin. We previously reported that Spanish medical experts revealed that several coronavirus patients had purple lesions on their feet.
