One more Covid-19 related death has been reported in the past 24 hours along with 215 new cases of the disease. A total of 2,097 people have died with coronavirus in Ireland.
This includes the denotification of three deaths. There are 74,682 confirmed positive cases following the denotification of one previously confirmed case.
The number of people in ICU is 31, an increase of three since yesterday. Earlier today, a 90-year-old grandmother from Enniskillen became the first person in the world to receive a Covid-19 vaccine outside of a trial.
Margaret Keenan, who has lived in Coventry, England for the past 60 years, said it was a "privilege". A nurse at Belfast's Royal Victoria Hospital this morning became the first person on the island of
